We’ve previously written about all of the home parades in Utah for 2013. Home shows are also a great way to get inspiration for your next DIY project – shutters or otherwise – as well as check out all the different vendors that you can use to make your house a home! We wanted to give you a quick rundown of the details of the Salt Lake Home Show which is happening very soon. The dates of the show are January 10-12, 2014 at the South Towne Expo Center. Below are a few more details for all of those that might be attending.
About The Salt Lake Home Show
The Salt Lake Home Show occurs every January and is put on by the same company (Marketplace Events) that does the Salt Lake Tribune Home + Garden Festival (every March) and the Deseret News Home Show (every October). The Salt Lake Home Show not only features more than 150 exhibitors across a wide range of home-related categories but also offers several other valuable show components.
The show features a couple of celebrities related to the home industry. Jillian Harris, an Interior Designer for HGTV’s Love It or List It and Todd Wilbur, of Top Secret Recipes fame, will be at the show on Friday and Saturday. In addition to Jillian and Todd’s presence attendees will be able to ask designers from the Opal Design Group questions about home design and DIY projects that may have stalled or need some direction. The Show is so confident that you’ll enjoy your day that they have a satisfaction guarantee that states that if you aren’t completely satisfied that you can ask for a full refund for the price of admission!
