We offer this lifetime guarantee on our shutters because we are 100% confident that the craftsmanship of our work will hold up and meet the test of time.
The lifetime craftsmanship warranty is very simple. Utah Shutters will replace any broken or malfunctioning shutter that we make and install due to normal wear and tear on the shutters. The only exceptions to the warranty are customer negligence or transfer of ownership of the shutters. Also, the warranty will be voided in the event that anyone other than Utah Shutters alters the plantation shutters installed by Utah Shutters. Additionally, our lifetime craftsmanship warranty is only applicable to our interior shutters. Exterior shutters are not covered under the warranty due to the constant exposure to the elements. Otherwise, we’re absolutely positive that your shutters will last a lifetime and provide not only beauty but value to your home.
